• active substances: acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine;
• 1 film-coated tablet contains: acetylsalicylic acid 250 mg, paracetamol 250 mg, caffeine 65 mg;
• excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose;
• film shell: hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol.

• hypersensitivity to the active substances of the medicinal product or to its other components; history of attacks of asthma, bronchospasm, angioedema, urticaria, or acute rhinitis caused by taking acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
• an open stomach ulcer or the presence of a stomach ulcer in the past; gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with NSAID therapy;
• hemophilia, hyperbilirubinemia or other blood coagulation disorders;
• renal failure (glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 15 ml/min/1.72 m2);
• liver failure, the presence of gout in the past;
• hypersensitivity to other xanthine derivatives (theophylline, theobromine), other salicylates; deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;
• blood diseases; pronounced anemia; leukopenia; states of increased excitement; sleep disturbance; old age; glaucoma; alcoholism;
• the period of use of monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, as well as the period within 2 weeks after stopping their use; severe cardiovascular diseases, including rhythm disorders;
• pronounced atherosclerosis;
• severe form of coronary heart disease;
• severe heart failure;
• severe arterial hypertension;
• use of more than 15 mg of methotrexate per week;
• the last trimester of pregnancy.

From the blood and lymphatic system (frequency unknown): prolonged bleeding, infections and invasions – pharyngitis.

Disturbance of metabolism or nutrition – loss of appetite.

Psychiatric disorders – nervousness, insomnia, anxiety, euphoric mood, tension.

On the part of the nervous system – dizziness, tremors, paresthesia, headache, dysgeusia, impaired attention, amnesia, impaired coordination of movements, hyperesthesia, sinus headache.

On the part of the organs of vision – pain in the eyes, impaired vision.

On the part of the organs of hearing and balance – a sensation of noise/ringing in the ears.

On the part of the cardiovascular system – arrhythmia, hyperemia, disorders on the part of peripheral vessels.

From the side of the respiratory system, organs of the chest and mediastinum – epistaxis, hypoventilation of the lungs, rhinorrhea.

From the side of the gastrointestinal tract – nausea, discomfort in the abdominal area, dry mouth, diarrhea, vomiting, belching, flatulence, dysphagia, paresthesia of the oral cavity, hypersecretion of saliva.

From the side of the skin and subcutaneous tissue – hyperhidrosis, itching, urticaria.

The drug is intended for oral use only.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The lowest dose of the drug necessary to obtain a therapeutic effect should be used for the shortest period of time.

With a headache. The usual recommended dose is 1 tablet; if necessary, it is additionally allowed to take 1 more tablet after 4-6 hours. In case of moderate pain, taking 1 tablet should be sufficient.

In case of more intense pain, it is allowed to take 2 tablets; if necessary, it is allowed to take 2 more tablets with an interval between doses of 4–6 hours.

The drug is intended for episodic use in case of headache for no more than 4 days.

With migraine. When symptoms appear, take 2 tablets. If necessary, it is allowed to take 2 additional tablets with an interval between doses of 4-6 hours.

The drug is intended for episodic use in migraine for no more than 3 days.

For all indications: do not take more than 6 tablets during the day. With each use, the medicine should be washed down with a full glass of water.

The drug should be used with caution in elderly patients, especially those with low body weight.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

The use of the drug during pregnancy is not recommended.

Use of the drug during breastfeeding is not recommended.

Children

The use of the drug in children and adolescents is not recommended, since safety and effectiveness have not been studied for this group of patients.

The ability to influence the speed of reaction when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

Studies on the effect of the drug on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms have not been conducted.

Store at a temperature not higher than 25 °C.
