Return policy

1. General Provisions

In accordance with international safety standards and the legislation of most countries, medicines of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. This rule exists to guarantee consumer safety and to prevent the re-circulation of medicines whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they have been delivered to the customer.

2. Exceptions

We care about our customers and take full responsibility in cases where:

  • the order was delivered in a damaged condition;

  • the customer received a different item than the one ordered;

  • any other error occurred on the seller’s side.

In such cases, we guarantee:

  • a full refund of the product cost;

  • reimbursement of shipping expenses;

  • if the customer prefers — a replacement shipment of the correct item at our expense.

3. What to Do if There Is a Problem

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

  • your order number;

  • photos of the received product and packaging;

  • a description of the issue.

We will review your request as quickly as possible and resolve the situation in the way that is most convenient for you.

4. No Returns of Quality Medicines

Please note that, in accordance with international pharmaceutical regulations, the return or exchange of medicines of proper quality is not possible. This rule is a standard in most countries worldwide and is designed to guarantee the safety of all our customers.
