Beres Plus drops contain most of the essential trace elements. The drug is used to fill the deficiency of trace elements necessary to ensure biochemical processes
The preparation contains an aqueous solution of mineral compounds and trace elements through coordination bonds included in the molecules of organic substances. Trace elements play an important role in maintaining the biological balance of the body. Most of them are contained in cells mainly in the form of cofactors of enzymes, ensuring their catalytic activity, play a role in stabilizing the structures of non-enzymatic macromolecules, in maintaining the level of vitamins and hormones in the human body.
Beres Plus drops contain most of the essential trace elements. The drug is used to fill the deficiency of trace elements necessary to ensure biochemical processes that depend on them, namely:
Beres Plus drops increase the body’s nonspecific resistance to various diseases. The drops are almost non-toxic with prolonged use, and do not have embryotoxic and teratogenic effects.
The active ingredients of the drug Beres Plus Drops are well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, which ensures the digestibility of trace elements. The pharmacokinetics of the drug has not been studied.
Micronutrient deficiencies or pathological conditions that require additional mineral supplementation:
Administer orally during meals. A single dose of drops is added to 50 ml of liquid (e.g. water, fruit juice, syrup, fruit tea).
For preventive purposes, it is prescribed: with a body weight of 10-20 kg – 5 drops 2 times a day; 20-40 kg – 10 drops 2 times a day; 40 kg – 20 drops 2 times a day.
For therapeutic purposes, it is prescribed: for patients with a body weight of 10-20 kg – 10 drops 2 times a day; 20-40 kg – 20 drops 2 times a day; 40 kg – 20 drops 3 times a day.
In the case of using the drug as an additional therapy in cancer patients with a body weight of 40 kg, daily doses exceeding the above may be used on the recommendation of a doctor, but not more than 120 drops/day. In such cases, it is recommended to divide the daily dose into 4-5 equal doses.
In the case of prophylactic use of the drug in recommended doses, the optimal effect is observed after approximately 6 weeks of continuous therapy and, if the drug is continued in prophylactic doses, it can be maintained for the desired period of time (for example, during the autumn-winter peak of respiratory diseases).
For therapeutic purposes, the drug is taken continuously in the recommended dose as long as symptoms of the disease are observed.
If complaints recur, the course of treatment can be repeated.
When using Capel Beres Plus as an additional therapy (for example, in cancer patients), the duration of the treatment course and the individual method of administration are determined by the doctor, taking into account the patient’s condition and the main therapy used.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug (for example, an allergic reaction to metals), severe renal failure, as well as diseases associated with impaired iron and copper metabolism (hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, Wilson’s disease), body weight 10 kg in children.
Very rarely, mainly if the drops are taken on an empty stomach or with a smaller than recommended volume of liquid, transient, mild dyspeptic symptoms (nausea, epigastric pain) may occur, which do not require any measures and pass quickly.
It is not recommended to take the drug with milk or coffee, as this impairs the absorption of its components. When adding the drug to some types of tea, the color of the solution may darken. This is a harmless phenomenon caused by the tannic acid contained in tea. If you add a few drops of lemon juice or ascorbic acid to the tea, the darkening of the tea can be prevented.
Use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding: can be used taking into account the recommended doses.
Effect on the ability to drive vehicles or other mechanisms: no negative effects are observed at recommended doses.
Children. Children can be prescribed the drug if their body weight is 10 kg. However, if the child’s body weight is 20 kg, the issue of using the drug is decided individually with the pediatrician, based on an assessment of the benefit/risk ratio for the child.
To avoid overdose or antagonistic interactions, the drops should not be used simultaneously with other drugs containing trace elements.
At least 2 hours should elapse between the use of medications containing penicillamine, bisphosphonates, fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines, and taking the drug Beres Plus Drops (due to physicochemical interaction, the absorption of the drug may change).
An interval of at least 1 hour must be observed between taking the drug and other medications.
It is not recommended to take the drug with milk or coffee, as this impairs the absorption of its active ingredients.
With simultaneous use of antacids containing aluminum, calcium, magnesium, iron absorption is reduced.
The results of a study conducted on healthy volunteers indicate that even a daily intake of 120 drops 3 times a day is well tolerated and safe. However, when using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended ones, nausea and stomach pain are likely to occur, which quickly pass. In some cases, allergic reactions are possible. In this case, you should stop using the drug and consult a doctor.
At a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
After opening the bottle, its contents must be used within 6 months.
