Active ingredient: sea buckthorn bark (Frangulae cortex).
1 pack contains buckthorn bark (Frangulae cortex) – 75 g.
Hypersensitivity to the biologically active substances of the drug.
Constipation of neurogenic and endocrine origin, spastic constipation, intestinal obstruction, bleeding, acute abdominal syndrome, appendicitis, acute gastroenterocolitis, other inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, acute febrile conditions.
Place 1 tablespoon of bark in an enameled dish, pour 200 ml of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze the residue into the strained broth. Bring the volume of the broth to 200 ml with boiled water. Apply warm to adults ½ cup at night, children over 12 years old – ¼-⅓ cup at night. Shake the broth before use.

In case of overdose, colic-like abdominal pain, tenesmus, and discomfort may occur.
If these symptoms appear, the drug should be discontinued. Treatment is symptomatic.
With prolonged use, the following may develop: diarrhea with metabolic disorders, dehydration, decreased function of intestinal enzymes, colon atony, colicky pain, and allergic reactions.
