Can be recommended as a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Helps to strengthen intestinal peristalsis, improve bowel movements. Has mild laxative properties. Requires consultation with a doctor before use.

Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 capsule per 10.0 kg of body weight per day.
