Pharmacological properties
Chlorophyllipt is a mixture of chlorophylls from eucalyptus leaves. The drug has antibacterial (bacteriostatic and bactericidal) activity against staphylococci, as well as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Indication
Treatment of diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant staphylococci: cervical erosion, burns, trophic ulcers.
Application
The drug is applied topically, lubricating the damaged areas with a tampon. The duration of applications and the course of treatment is determined by the doctor. In the treatment of cervical erosion, all folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are pre-dried with tampons; the cervical canal is lubricated with chlorophyllipt. The tampon soaked in the drug is left on the cervix for 15-20 minutes. The manipulations are performed once a day for 10 days. In case of incomplete epithelialization of the erosion, the course of treatment must be repeated.
