Preparation for use and dosage:

Dissolve one sachet of DOLPHIN in 250 ml of drinking, boiled water to obtain an isotonic solution that will help effectively and safely cleanse and relieve nasal congestion.

If you are using the device for the first time, wash each part of the device with detergent and rinse thoroughly with water. Wash your hands thoroughly, then fill the bottle to 250 ml with boiled drinking water that has been boiled for 5 minutes. Wait for the water to cool. Then add a sachet of salt to the water, shake well with the nozzle hole closed and use.

To create an isotonic solution, use 1 sachet of DOLPHIN.

Use 1 sachet to prepare an isotonic solution for one procedure.

Features of using the DOLPHIN nasal irrigation system:

• Lean over the sink and tilt your head to the side.
• Insert the tip of the bottle into your nostril and gently squeeze the bottle until the solution begins to flow out of the opposite nostril.
• While squeezing the bottle, simultaneously keep your mouth open and breathe (through your mouth) normally during the nasal irrigation.
• Continue to gently squeeze the bottle until 120 ml (for adults) or 60 ml (for children) has been used in each nostril.
• Follow the same usage instructions for the opposite nostril.
• Immediately after rinsing, tilt your head alternately to the left and right to drain the remaining solution from the nasal cavity, and carefully clean your nostrils.
• Do not swallow the solution.
• Do the rinse at least 1 hour before bedtime.
• Remove any remaining solution from the device and rinse the device with water after use. It is recommended to replace the device after 3 months of use.

Recommended Use: Use 2 to 4 times daily after consulting a doctor or healthcare professional.

• Do not use the system if your nose or ears are completely blocked and if you are lying down.
• For people with limited physical or mental capabilities, the product should be used with the help of another person.
• Do not share the device with other people unless you have washed it first to prevent the transfer of germs.
• Each sachet of DOLPHIN salt should be used immediately after opening.
• Do not use DOLPHIN salt sachets after the expiration date, or if the packaging has been damaged by corrosion.
• Do not use the device if the bottle or nozzle is cracked, worn or damaged.
• Use the device only with DOLPHIN salt bags.
• Do not use the device with water only (without DOLPHIN salt sachets).

• Discontinue use if you experience pressure in your ears or mild headache during or after use.
• If symptoms persist for more than one week or if any side effect not listed in this leaflet occurs, consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional.
