• Adults and children aged 4 and over for natural and safe relief of nasal breathing during colds and flu, as a supplement to the main treatment method.
• For those experiencing symptoms of rhinosinusitis (such as runny nose and nasal congestion), including symptoms of allergic rhinosinusitis, as an adjunct to primary treatment.
• For proactive reduction of respiratory allergy symptoms, such as dust, steam, animal dander, grass, pollen, smoke and others.
• For continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) users with sleep apnea and snoring.

Preparation for use and dosage:

Dissolve one sachet of DOLPHIN in 250 ml of drinking, boiled water to obtain an isotonic solution that will help effectively and safely cleanse and relieve nasal congestion.

If you are using the device for the first time, wash each part of the device with detergent and rinse thoroughly with water. Wash your hands thoroughly, then fill the bottle to 250 ml with boiled drinking water that has been boiled for 5 minutes. Wait for the water to cool. Then add a sachet of salt to the water, shake well with the nozzle hole closed and use.

To create an isotonic solution, use 1 sachet of DOLPHIN.

Use 1 sachet to prepare an isotonic solution for one procedure.

1. Lean over the sink and tilt your head to the side.
2. Insert the tip of the bottle into your nostril and gently squeeze the bottle until the solution begins to flow out of the opposite nostril.
3. While squeezing the bottle, simultaneously keep your mouth open and breathe (through your mouth) normally during the nasal irrigation.
4. Continue to gently squeeze the bottle until 120 ml (for adults) or 60 ml (for children) has been used in each nostril.
5. Follow the same usage instructions for the opposite nostril.
6. Immediately after rinsing, tilt your head alternately to the left and right to drain the remaining solution from the nasal cavity, and carefully clean your nostrils.
7. Do not swallow the solution.
8. Do the rinse at least 1 hour before bedtime.
9. Remove any remaining solution from the device and rinse the device with water after use. It is recommended to replace the device after 3 months of use.

Use 2 to 4 times daily after consulting a doctor or healthcare professional.

• Discontinue use if you experience pressure in your ears or mild headache during or after use.
