Active ingredients
The complex effect of Flego gel, according to publicly available literary sources, is due to the properties of its components: The possibility of simultaneous use of Flego gel and other topical agents (creams, ointments, gels or suppositories) should be agreed with your doctor.
- Oak bark extract (Quercus robur) has an astringent, anti-inflammatory and soothing effect, forms a protective barrier, reduces tissue swelling and protects tissues from possible infection, accelerates wound healing; During pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children or adolescents, use Flego gel only on the recommendation of a doctor.
- Diosmin and hesperidin are bioflavonoids of plant origin that help increase the tone of venous and lymphatic vessels, reduce venous and lymphatic stagnation, strengthen vascular walls and reduce their permeability, reduce inflammation and swelling of surrounding tissues, improve microcirculation and tissue trophism, and prevent thrombosis.
Method of application
Flego gel is intended for topical use only in the anus and rectum.* When using Flego gel, it is necessary to follow the method and conditions of use specified in the relevant section of this instruction. Adults should apply Flego gel 2-3 times a day; in the morning, in the evening before bedtime and/or after each bowel movement for 5-7 days, then 2-3 times a week until the symptoms disappear or for no more than 30 days. Further use of the medical device must be agreed with the doctor.
ATTENTION! Flego gel should be used after carrying out hygiene procedures (rinse the anal area with warm water without soap and dry with a towel). Before each application, remove any Flego gel residues from the previous application or residues of other products used in this area.
Before use, remove the cap and protective membrane from the tube. Attach the applicator to the tube. Remove the protective cap from the applicator and squeeze out a small amount of gel to fill the applicator. Immediately after applying the gel, unscrew the applicator and rinse it with warm water. - For external lesions of the anal area – carefully apply the gel to the skin through the applicator and distribute.
- For internal rectal lesions* – carefully place the applicator into the rectum and squeeze out the required amount of gel by pressing on the tube.
