Composition:
Active ingredients: 1 g of ointment contains racemic menthol 0.18 g, racemic camphor 0.1 g, clove oil 0.01 g;
excipients: hard paraffin, petroleum jelly.

Pharmacological properties.
Pharmacodynamics.
The mechanism of action of the drug is due to the active substances that are part of the drug. Irritates nerve endings, dilates arterioles and capillaries, which contributes to the development of distracting and analgesic effects. Reduces exudation and seals cell membranes. Has a distracting, weak analgesic, moderate anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect.

Indication.
Joint and muscle pain, neuralgia, myositis, arthritis, myalgia, arthralgia, rheumatism, sciatica.
Contraindication.
Skin diseases, wounds in the places of intended application of the drug. Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Children under 3 years of age.
Application features.
When rubbed into the skin, it causes a feeling of cold, then warmth, slight burning and tingling. Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding, taking into account the risk/benefit ratio.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply the ointment to broken skin.
Wash hands thoroughly after each application of the ointment. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Interaction with other drugs.

Method of administration and doses.
Externally for rubbing. The ointment is rubbed into the skin in the desired area of the affected joint or muscle, 2-3 g 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment depends on the severity and course of the disease and the nature of concomitant therapy.
Overdose.
Hypersensitivity reactions are possible. In this case, it is necessary to stop taking the drug. Treatment is symptomatic.
Side effect.
Allergic reactions, hives, and skin irritation at the site of application of the drug are possible.
Conditions and expiration date.
Store at a temperature of 8-15 °C in a place protected from light and out of reach of children. Shelf life – 3 years.
