Energy value (calorie content) – 50.4 kcal (210.87 kJ).

Pour one dessert spoon of chopped fruit with a glass of boiled water at room temperature, cover and insist in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes, strain.

Adults should take 1/4 cup of the infusion three times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals.
