Pharmacodynamics. Herbal preparation for the treatment of premenopausal and climacteric disorders.

Cimicifuga extract has a positive effect on the neurovegetative system and reduces the level of psychoemotional disorders in the climacteric period. The use of the drug contributes to the weakening or complete disappearance of symptoms of the disease in the pre-menopausal and climacteric periods, including such as hot flashes and profuse sweating.

Neurovegetative disorders during premenopause, menopause, postmenopause (hot flashes, increased sweating, sleep disorders, increased excitability, mood swings, apathy).

Klimadynon is prescribed orally for 30 drops or 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably at the same time (morning and evening). The drops are taken undiluted or with sugar, they must be shaken before use. The tablets are swallowed without chewing. The therapeutic effect appears approximately 2 weeks after the start of taking the drug. The course of therapy is determined individually (3-6 months). The drug should not be taken for more than 6 months without consulting a doctor.

Klimadynon Uno. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, women during menopause should take 1 tablet once a day, preferably at the same time (in the evening).

The tablets should be swallowed without chewing, with sufficient liquid.

Do not take a double dose if the patient has missed 1 dose. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor individually. The course can be from 3 to 6 months.

If symptoms persist during treatment, consult a doctor. Do not use the drug for more than 6 months without consulting a doctor.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or other components of the drug. estrogen-dependent tumors.

When using preparations containing cimicifuga, cases of gastrointestinal disorders (including dyspeptic disorders, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting), allergic reactions (including rash, itching, urticaria), facial edema and peripheral edema have been observed. Hepatotoxic reactions (including hepatitis, jaundice, abnormal liver function tests) have been associated with the use of preparations containing cimicifuga. There have been reports of a feeling of tension in the mammary glands and bleeding.

If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use of the drug and consult a doctor.

Patients with a history of liver dysfunction should take the drug with caution. If signs of liver damage appear (excessive fatigue, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and eyes or severe pain in the upper abdomen with nausea and vomiting, or dark urine), you should stop using the drug Klimadynon and consult a doctor immediately.

If menstruation is disrupted or resumes, as well as in the case of prolonged menstruation or other complaints that arise during treatment, you should consult a doctor to review the treatment regimen.

Women of reproductive age need to use effective contraception.

Klimadynon should not be used without consulting a doctor if the patient is already taking female sex hormones (estrogen).

If the severity of symptoms increases while taking Klimadynon, you should consult a doctor.

The drug contains lactose, therefore patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not use the drug.

Drops contain 38% ethanol, and a single dose contains a small amount of XE. Tablets contain lactose, so patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not use the drug. 1 tablet contains an average of 0.01 XE.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding. The safety of cimicifuga during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established, so the drug should not be used during this period.

Children. The drug is not used in children.

Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms. In recommended doses, the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or work with other mechanisms, but it should be remembered that Klimadynon in the form of drops contains alcohol.

When used simultaneously with estrogens, climadinone may enhance their effect (see Special instructions).

If you take doses exceeding the recommended ones, you should inform your doctor so that necessary measures can be taken. In case of overdose, symptomatic therapy should be carried out.

Klimadynon – in the original packaging in a place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C; an opened bottle should be used within 6 months.
