Increases the duration and quality of sleep, prevents sudden awakenings thanks to the content of melatonin – a natural substance responsible for normal sleep – in the form of Melatonin Miniactives Retard (Melatonin Miniactives Retard), which is produced according to the patented Miniactives technology and ensures the gradual release of melatonin continuously during the night after taking the pill.
Supports uninterrupted sleep at night and improves mood during the day due to the content of L-tryptophan – a precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is gradually converted into melatonin in the body, which prolongs the period of sleep.
Promotes rapid falling asleep and restful sleep thanks to the content of glycine – one of the main inhibitory neurotransmitters of the central nervous system, useful in case of anxiety and insomnia. In addition, glycine has the ability to improve mental performance and emotional stability.
Normalizes the work of the central nervous system and regulates mood, reduces the feeling of internal tension due to the content of vitamins B3 and B6.
Indications for use
It can be recommended for consumption by adults as an additional source of melatonin and vitamins contained in a dietary supplement, for insomnia caused by sleep-wake cycle disorders with a reduction in sleep duration, sudden awakenings, and such that occurs as a result of:
- stress and unhealthy lifestyle;
- increased anxiety and low mood;
- transferred acute non-infectious diseases of body organs and systems;
- chronic non-infectious diseases of body organs and systems; in
- ic changes leading to a decrease in melatonin production;
- professional insomnia (night worker insomnia);
- time zone changes (jet lag).
Method of application
Take 1 tablet per day, after meals, before going to bed, with a glass of water.
Recommended term of consumption: to normalize sleep in case of insomnia, consume in a course for 1 month or according to the doctor’s recommendations. If it is necessary to extend the course of consumption, consult a doctor.
To improve adaptation when changing time zones (jet lag), take 1 tablet the night before the first day of travel and the next few days after arriving at the destination.

Contraindication
Increased sensitivity to any of the components.
