Gastropathy with increased secretion, chronic renal failure, gastric ulcer in the acute stage, obstructive jaundice, cholelithiasis with stones more than 10 mm in diameter, acute cholecystitis, acute hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, biliary tract obstruction, thrombophlebitis, croup, anorexia; hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

The drug is usually well tolerated by patients. However, given its multicomponent composition, mainly in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the components or in case of violation of the intake regimen, allergic reactions are possible, including hyperemia, rashes, itching, angioedema, contact dermatitis, urticaria. The leaves of the mountain ash can cause pain in the lower back, change in urine color, as well as pain at the end of urination. Despite the fact that the NEPHROPHIT contains a small amount of mountain ash leaves, such manifestations are not excluded.

Special precautions: It should be used with caution in patients with increased blood clotting, bronchial asthma, spasmophilia, and patients with gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn).

Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 2 filter bags, let steep in a closed container for 15 minutes.

Adults and children over 7 years old should take 150 ml warm 20–30 minutes before meals 3 times a day.

The duration of use is determined by the doctor. Usually the course of treatment lasts up to 2 months. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated at intervals of 3–4 weeks, as prescribed by the doctor.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Possible increase in uterine tone. Due to the lack of sufficient experience with the use of the drug during pregnancy, it should be used as prescribed by a doctor in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. If necessary, use of the drug should stop breastfeeding.

Children

The drug is contraindicated in children under 7 years of age.

Dyspeptic symptoms and increased adverse reactions may occur.

 Do not use simultaneously with medications and food that lower urine pH. Antacids and H2 blockers reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
