Nutrof Forte supports eye health with antioxidants, omega-3, lutein, zeaxanthin and vitamin D3, helping protect vision from oxidative stress daily use now.

or

Nutrof Forte helps to overcome the deficiency of micronutrients, which can be caused by age-related changes, increased visual load, stress, some diseases or caused by an unbalanced diet (insufficient content of fruits, vegetables and fish). An unbalanced diet is one of the factors in the development of age-related eye diseases, for example, age-related macular degeneration.

Advantages

Nutrof Forte is a balanced formula developed based on modern scientific achievements by nutritionists and ophthalmologists specializing in retinal research to support vision health.

Nutrof Forte contains vitamins and trace elements with antioxidant properties, lutein, zeaxanthin, omega-3 essential fatty acids, Vitis Vinifera grape extract containing 5% resveratrol, and vitamin D3.

Nutrof Forte contains essential nutrients for the functioning of the eye protection system against oxidative damage and harmful blue light rays.

Zinc, copper, selenium, vitamins E and C protect cell elements from damage by oxidants (free radicals). By supplementing your diet with Nutrof Forte vitamin and antioxidant complex, you will help protect your eyes from the loss of vital nutrients.

Active ingredients

Free radicals

Free radicals are molecules that are formed during the process of cell metabolism. Excess free radicals can have a toxic effect and cause damage to the structure of lipids, proteins and DNA, which leads to a deterioration in cell functions. Under normal physiological conditions, the formation of free radicals is suppressed by the body’s defense system, in which antioxidants play an important role.

Antioxidant deficiency can occur in a person with age (age-related), or in people with severe visual stress, as well as due to an unbalanced diet, stress, certain systemic diseases or eye diseases. In this case, it is advisable to include dietary supplements in the diet.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants protect cells from damage by free radicals, which accelerate aging and cell destruction. They help remove free radicals, thereby protecting the retina and macula from aging.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E has antioxidant properties, contributing to: – protection of cell membranes; – protection of fatty acids from oxidation. Vitamin E is found in vegetable oils.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is involved in the neutralization of free radicals. Vitamin C is necessary for the restoration of oxidized vitamin E (tocopherol radical). Vitamin C is found in fruits and vegetables.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is also called the “sunshine vitamin.” It is a fat-soluble vitamin that is produced in the body either when exposed to sunlight or ingested with food. Calciferol is the only vitamin that acts both as a vitamin and as a hormone in the body.

Vitamin D affects calcium metabolism in the body, boosts immunity, participates in the regulation of blood pressure and heart function, and is an important component for eye health, especially in myopia, age-related eye diseases, or diabetes.

Zinc

Zinc is a natural activator of more than 200 enzymes. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of healthy vision. It acts as an antioxidant through complex mechanisms. Zinc is found in meat and fish.

Copper

Copper plays an important role in the removal of free radicals. Copper is also necessary when taking dietary supplements containing zinc. Copper is found in meat offal, shellfish, dried fruits.

Selenium

Selenium is a cofactor of glutathione peroxidase – antioxidant enzymes, is the main element of protection against free radicals of oxygen. Selenium is found in fish, shellfish, eggs, garlic, mushrooms, meat and cereals.

Lutein and zeaxanthin

Lutein and zeaxanthin are two yellow pigments that are highly concentrated in the retina of the eye, in the macula, which is responsible for central vision and visual acuity. Lutein and zeaxanthin form a protective filter against harmful blue light. They also act as antioxidants, protecting the retina from oxidative damage. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in high amounts in some green vegetables, such as spinach, broccoli, and lettuce.

OMEGA-3 essential fatty acids

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are not produced in the human body and must therefore be obtained through food and dietary supplements. Omega-3 fatty acids are structural components of cell membranes. DHA is found in large quantities in the nerves, brain and in the photoreceptors of the eye. Omega-3 acids are found in large quantities in fatty fish, such as tuna, salmon and herring.

Grape extract, containing 5% resveratrol

Grapes contain a large number of phenolic antioxidant compounds, including resveratrol. The positive effect of resveratrol on the cardiovascular system was revealed in the study of the “French paradox”. Resveratrol is endowed with high antioxidant properties, has a vasoactive effect, inhibits the oxidation of low-density lipoproteins, platelet aggregation and the synthesis of eicosanoids (inflammatory molecules). Resveratrol is found in some fruits, especially grapes, and also in wine.

Recommendations for use

Nutrof Forte can be recommended for dietary correction as an additional source of antioxidant vitamins and trace elements, omega-3 essential fatty acids, macular pigments (lutein and zeaxanthin), resveratrol and vitamin D3 to maintain eye health, normal visual functions, and protect the visual organs from oxidative damage.

Consumption precautions

individual intolerance to the components. In some cases, minor digestive disorders (nausea, belching, diarrhea) may occur. This dietary supplement is not intended for treatment and should not be used as a substitute for a full-fledged diet. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor, especially for pregnant and lactating women.
