Naphazoline is a drug that stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and affects α-adrenoceptors. as a result of the vasoconstrictive effect of the drug Sanorin, swelling, hyperemia, and exudation are reduced, which facilitates nasal breathing in rhinitis. naphazoline promotes the opening and expansion of the excretory duct of the paranasal sinuses and Eustachian tubes, which improves secretion outflow and prevents the settling of bacteria. When applied topically, naphazoline is completely absorbed. The therapeutic effect occurs within 5 minutes and lasts 4-6 hours with intranasal use.
