The components that make up the drug solidagoren determine its nine main pharmacological effects: antimicrobial, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, diuretic, antispasmodic, astringent, and anticatarrhal.

Antimicrobial effect: exhibits moderate/high activity against a wide range of uropathogens represented by G ⁺ bacteria, G- bacteria and fungi.

Anti-inflammatory effect: causes a decrease in the level of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α), inhibits proteases involved in the development of inflammation (leukocyte elastase), stimulates the production of hormones that inhibit inflammation (GCS).

Diuretic effect: close in strength to hydrochlorothiazide, but does not cause electrolyte disturbances.

Antispasmodic effect: relaxes smooth muscles due to non-competitive blockade of M2 _and M3 _muscarinic receptors, as well as due to the antispasmodic effect of flavonoids.

Anticalculus effect: reduces kidney stone formation due to diuretic (“washing out” sand from the kidneys) and antiseptic (protection of the urinary tract epithelium from bacterial attack) action; contains saponins that destroy mucoprotein suspensions, slowing down the crystallization processes during stone formation; possibly, the drug changes the pH of urine, which contributes to the dissolution of stones.

Analgesic effect: reduces pain by eliminating inflammation and has an antispasmodic effect; in addition, it has its own analgesic effect (not related to reducing inflammatory processes and eliminating spasms), in particular, due to antagonism with bradykinin receptors.

Immunomodulatory effect: stimulates the phagocytic activity of macrophages, activates natural killers (NK cells).

Antioxidant activity: exhibits moderate/high antioxidant activity.

Astringent effect: exhibits astringent properties due to its high silicon content.

Main (basic) therapy for acute and chronic infections of the urinary tract, bladder (cystitis), kidneys (pyelonephritis), as well as as part of the complex treatment of these diseases.

Prevention of the formation of bladder stones, including before and after their removal.

Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 20-30 drops of Solidagoren orally with 100-200 ml of water 3 times a day. 30 drops correspond to 1.4 ml.

Fluid intake during the day when taking Solidagoren should be at least 1.5-2 liters.

You should consult a doctor regarding the duration of use of the drug.

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or any other component of the drug. Should not be used in case of allergy to plants of the aster family (asteraceae), as they are used in the production of the plant extract that is part of solidagoren.

Very rarely, hypersensitivity and allergic reactions, mild gastrointestinal disorders are observed. If the first signs of an allergic reaction (for example, rash) appear, the drug should be discontinued. If side effects not listed in the instructions appear, you should consult a doctor.

It is not recommended to use solidagoren as a diuretic to eliminate edema caused by heart or kidney failure.

If blood appears in the urine, if the body temperature is high, or if the symptoms of the disease persist for more than 5 days, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

The drug contains 45% alcohol by volume. With each intake of the recommended dose (30 drops), 0.6 g of alcohol enters the body.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The drug is used during pregnancy and breastfeeding only after a doctor assesses the benefit to the mother and the risk to the fetus (child).
