Indications for use
Use as a sugar substitute in diabetic and diet diets, in beverages, dairy products, when canning vegetables and fruits, for making pastries, jams, fruit salads, ice cream, and desserts.
Method of application
The dose should be individual, the average single dose for adults and children over 2 years of age is 5-10 g two to three times a day.
The recommended daily intake is no more than 30 – 40 g.
The maximum single dose should not exceed half the daily dose.
