Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to other components of the drug. Children’s age up to 6 years.
After topical application of benzydamine in the mouth and throat, there have been complaints of a burning sensation and numbness of the oral mucosa; rarely, hypersensitivity reactions, including urticaria, photosensitivity and bronchospasm, may occur.
When using cetylpyridinium, irritation or mild burning in the oral cavity may be observed very rarely.
Adults (including elderly patients) and children over 12 years of age: 1-2 sprays 3-5 times a day.
The drug is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.
Children from 6 to 12 years of age should use as directed by a doctor.
Minimum interval between applications: 2 hours.
To achieve optimal effect, it is not recommended to use the drug immediately before or after brushing your teeth.
Do not use simultaneously with other antiseptics.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Turn the bottle tip and press the dispenser button 1-2 times.
When using the drug for the first time, press the dispenser button several times to ensure uniform spraying. The drug is accurately dosed using a dosing valve: one spray (100 μl of solution) contains 0.15 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride and 0.5 mg of cetylpyridinium chloride.
Do not use the drug for more than 10 days. If no noticeable results are observed, you should consult a doctor.
The use of drugs for topical use, especially for a long time, can cause sensitization. In this case, it is necessary to stop treatment and prescribe appropriate therapy.
Since the drug Zipelor Plus in spray form cannot be used together with anionic compounds that are present, for example, in toothpastes, it is not recommended to use the drug immediately before or after brushing your teeth.
Direct contact of the Zipelor Plus spray with the eyes should be avoided, the drug should not be inhaled.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, Zipelor Plus should be used under the supervision of a physician.
The drug is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.
Children aged 6 to 12 years should use as prescribed by a physician.
Ability to influence the speed of reaction when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
When used in recommended doses, the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms.
Toxic manifestations of benzydamine overdose include symptoms such as excessive excitement, convulsions, increased sweating, ataxia, tremor and vomiting. Since there is no specific antidote for this form of poisoning, treatment of acute benzydamine intoxication is aimed exclusively at eliminating the symptoms.
Signs and symptoms of intoxication after ingestion of large amounts of cetylpyridinium chloride include nausea, vomiting, dyspnea, cyanosis, asphyxia due to paralysis of the respiratory muscles, CNS depression, hypotension, and coma. The lethal dose for humans is approximately 1-3 grams. Treatment of cetylpyridinium overdose is also directed solely at relieving symptoms.
In case of overdose, seek medical attention.
Avoid simultaneous use with other antiseptic agents.
Do not require special storage conditions.
Keep out of the reach of children.
