Studies have shown that daily intake of capsules containing 40 mg of UC-II may help reduce joint discomfort and restore healthy joint function and flexibility. Research also indicates that in certain conditions (e.g., when cartilage tissue recovery is needed), daily intake for 90 days of capsules containing 40 mg of UC-II may lead to more significant improvements compared to taking glucosamine (1500 mg/day) and chondroitin (1200 mg/day).

Recommendations for Use

The product is recommended as a dietary supplement and an additional source of undenatured (natural) type II collagen (UC-II) to help normalize joint function, including during physical activity. It helps reduce joint stiffness and improves mobility and flexibility.

Composition

One capsule contains the active ingredient:
– Patented undenatured (natural) type II cartilage collagen (UC-II) – 40 mg.

Excipients: filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, amorphous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), capsule shell – gelatin, coloring agent (titanium dioxide).

Method of Administration

Adults: 1 capsule once daily on an empty stomach before bedtime, with a glass of drinking water.

Recommended duration of use: 2–6 months.
A repeated course is possible upon doctor’s recommendation.
