Active Ingredients

• Collagen peptides (TENDOFORTE) – bioactive collagen peptides for strengthening tendons and ligaments and improving elasticity. Promotes biosynthesis of extracellular matrix molecules, enhances strength and elasticity of tendons and ligaments, increases tissue matrix, improves joint stability during physical activity, and reduces risk of injuries during training.
• Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM) – contains 34% sulfur, essential for maintaining healthy joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. Supports proper cross-linking of collagen fibers and extracellular matrix components. Helps relieve joint discomfort and stiffness, improving mobility and quality of life.
• Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – supports normal collagen formation for proper bone and cartilage function. Acts as cofactor for enzymes stabilizing collagen fibers, protects cells from oxidative stress, and reduces fatigue.
• Bromelain – plant enzyme from pineapple stems with proteolytic and anti-inflammatory properties. Reduces inflammation, swelling, and discomfort from injuries or sports activity.

Indications for Use

Recommended as a dietary supplement for people with active lifestyles or practicing sports. Provides bioactive collagen peptides (TENDOFORTE), methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM), vitamin C, and bromelain to support functional condition of tendons and ligaments, reduce inflammation and discomfort, and lower the risk of injury.

Usage

Dissolve 1 sachet per day in 150 ml of water, stir until uniform, and drink immediately. Recommended between meals.

• Signs of tendon or ligament inflammation: 1 sachet daily for at least 2 months; repeat if necessary.
• Rehabilitation after injury (sprains, tears): 1 sachet daily during recovery and 1 month afterward.
• Before surgery: 1 sachet daily for 20 days prior to tendon/ligament surgery.
• After surgery: 1 sachet daily for 20 days post-surgery.
