Metida dietary supplement is an additional source of naturally derived magnesium with high bioavailability, extracted from the Dead Sea, and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Recommended Use

Metida is recommended to normalize the functional state of the nervous system in cases of unbalanced diet or increased need for magnesium and vitamin B6 under environmental stress, excessive physical or mental workload, pregnancy, fatigue or weakness, sleep disturbances, irritability, heightened excitability, anxiety, muscle cramps, or tingling sensations in muscles.

Dosage and Administration

Adults: dissolve 1 sachet per day in 100–150 ml of drinking water at room temperature or in vegetable or fruit juice, stir and drink. Take after meals.

Special Instructions

Does not contain sweeteners, flavorings, or colorants, so its taste is almost neutral. No synthetic additives are used to improve solubility or color. Flavor can be adjusted with sugar, honey, or additional water/juice if there is no individual intolerance.

• Metida should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
