Dietary supplement SAM-e 400 is used as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of the essential amino acid methionine for the purpose of general strengthening of the body, improving the functional state of the central nervous system; has a positive effect on the metabolism of amino acids in the body and the functional state of the musculoskeletal system; helps to increase the synthesis of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate and thereby prevents the destruction of joint tissues. Has lipotropic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps maintain liver function, acting as a precursor of glutathione.
It should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting treatment.
Method of administration and recommended daily dose
Take 1 tablet 2 times a day. The course and duration of use are determined by the doctor individually. The dose may be increased by the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily use.
Do not use in women during pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions
Hypersensitivity to the product components. Use with caution in patients with diabetes or hypoglycemia and those taking medications, herbs, or supplements that affect blood sugar levels, as SAM-e may cause low blood sugar levels. It is recommended to consult a doctor when using any medication. Concomitant use with certain medications may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.

Active ingredients: S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate p-toluenesulfonate – 400 mg.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, manit, fatty acids, magnesium oxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, titanium dioxide, magnesium sulfate, ethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerin, dye: diamond blue FCF (E133), carnauba wax.
