Lecithin is a substance necessary for the body. Lecithin is a fundamental chemical substance for the formation of intercellular space, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal functioning of brain cells, and serves as one of the main materials of the liver. Method of use
Adults and children over 12 years old – 1-2 capsules 2-3 times a day.

Storage conditions
Store in the manufacturer’s packaging, in a dry, cool place, protected from light, at a temperature of 8 °C to 25 °C, with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life: 24 months.
