The Santeferra supplement contains iron, vitamin C, B12 and folic acid. These components play an important role in the synthesis of red blood cells – erythrocytes. Iron is part of hemoglobin – a protein that transports oxygen. The innovative technology of manufacturing the Santeferra supplement allows you to place the iron ion in liposomes, which, due to the composition of the shells of hydrophobic fat molecules, have the ability to penetrate cell membranes for full absorption of iron directly from the intestines.
The described technology contributes to better absorption of iron in the body, as well as minimizing the side effects inherent in other iron-containing drugs. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that improves the absorption of iron and folic acid. Vitamin B12 is an indispensable component for the formation of red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for the normal maturation of red blood cells. It is also very important during intrauterine development and early childhood.
Indications for use
Use in case of iron deficiency, symptoms of iron and folic acid deficiency.
In cases of iron deficiency:
- with latent late deficiency;
- for chronic and prolonged blood loss in women during the menstrual cycle
- in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract accompanied by blood loss (erosive gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, polyps, hemorrhoids, and others)
- in case of iron deficiency anemia against the background of inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue and intestines
- during pregnancy and breastfeeding, if necessary to prevent anemia
- with reduced fetoplacental blood circulation in pregnant women
- in iron deficiency anemia
With signs of iron deficiency and folic acid deficiency, such as:

- hair loss, brittle hair
- brittle nails
- dry skin
- hypo- or antacidity
Method of application
Children over 12 years of age and adults: 1 capsule once a day with meals for 30 days. Consult a doctor beforehand.
Composition
Iron polyphosphate 375 mg, vitamins C 70 mg and B12 1.75 mcg, folic acid 200 mcg.
Additional ingredients: gelatin shell, MCC, emulsifier, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide, tricalcium phosphate.
Contraindication
Individual intolerance to individual components.
