The recommended amount for daily consumption depends on age:

• Children from 3 years of age and adults take 1 capsule orally with water before each consumption of milk, dairy products and products containing lactose. Do not chew the capsule.

If you have difficulty swallowing a whole capsule, you can open it and use only the contents by adding it to milk or dairy food. Do not add it to hot food!

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
