The medical product VagiTiab is available in the form of quick-dissolving soft gelatin capsules containing several components, due to the properties of the substances of which VagiTiab creates a protective barrier effect as an auxiliary medical device in the treatment of bacterial and viral infections, such as vulvovaginitis, genital herpes and conital herpes.
VagiTiab forms a protective barrier in the affected area to isolate and protect tissues from external stimuli and promotes the normal physiological scarring and healing process.
Advantages
VagiTiab provides a dual effect:
- isolates the scope of application from external aggressive influences of microbes;
- limits microbial colonization in the area of application, creating ideal conditions for restoring natural physiological tissue functions.
Indications for use
The auxiliary medical device VagiTiab is used during:
- treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral infections, such as candidiasis and genital warts;
- treatment of postpartum injuries;
- in the prevention of recurrence of genital herpes 2 (HSV-2).
The medical device VagiTiab is neither a spermicide nor a contraceptive.
Method of application
- Before use, thoroughly clean the genital area.
- Insert the VagiTiab capsule deep into the vagina.
- Repeat application once a day for seven days.
The medical device VagiTiab should be used at the first symptoms (itching, burning, discomfort, etc.).
After topical therapy, a period of discontinuation of the product is not required.
Application features
- Use the medical device only on intact epithelial tissue.
- Do not use the product for purposes other than those specified in the instructions for use.
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
- Store at room temperature and keep away from heat sources.
- Do not freeze.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- For topical use only – do not swallow.

Composition

Storage conditions
Store at a temperature of 9-25 ºС in a place inaccessible to children.
Keep away from sources of high humidity and heat.
Under the influence of direct sunlight, the product may turn a light yellow, which does not affect its functional features and shelf life.
