It is used as an auxiliary agent in the complex therapy or prophylaxis prescribed by a doctor, to moisturize and soften the mucous membranes of the oral cavity in case of dryness, irritation and difficulty swallowing caused by inflammatory processes and to help alleviate the course of acute or chronic complications of the oropharynx.
“Bioplazmix” throat spray is a medical product based on gram-positive spore-forming bacteria of the genus Bacillus, which have a wide range of antagonistic properties against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. It has been established from available scientific literature sources that bacteria of the genus Bacillus subtilis help support immunity, as they are able to positively influence the production of interferon in the body. In addition, they produce substances with bactericidal and antibiotic properties, in particular enzymes – amylases and proteases, which are able to dissolve foreign proteins. Strains of bacteria of the genus Bacillus, when applied to the mucous membranes of the nasopharynx and oropharynx, form a protective layer (biofilm), which creates conditions for the restoration of normal microflora of the mucous membranes and the displacement of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic pathogens, protects the mucous membranes from external irritants, helps moisturize the mucous membranes and relieve discomfort associated with itching, dryness and difficulty swallowing. “Bioplazmix” throat spray, thanks to the production of bioactive substances by bacteria of the genus Bacillus, helps create a biofilm – a barrier, which helps reduce the adhesion of pathogenic bacteria to the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and pharynx and relieve the symptoms of itching and dry throat during inflammatory processes.
Recommendations for use
“Bioplazmix” throat spray 30 ml (ml) is recommended as an adjunct in complex therapy prescribed by a doctor for infections of the oral cavity and throat (with complications of the throat mucosa), which occur in chronic tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, etc.), the first manifestations of which may be a feeling of tickling and irritation in the throat due to the presence of the virus on the mucous membrane. It can be recommended for people who experience discomfort in the throat associated with a violation of the balance of microflora, which is caused by the action of adverse external factors (inhalation of smoke or irritants).
Method of application
Shake the bottle well before use. Before each use of the medical product “Bioplazmix” throat spray, it is necessary to prepare the sprayer – move the sprayer nozzle to a horizontal position and perform 1-2 control sprays into the air away from the eyes. The injection should be performed with the head upright, holding the bottle vertically, direct the sprayer into the oral cavity, press the base of the sprayer with two fingers and inject.
Course of application: children from 3 years and older and adults should use 2-3 injections 3-4 times a day for 10-14 days. After using the spray, you should not drink or eat for at least 30 minutes. Before use, be sure to consult a doctor. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen during use of the product, you should consult a doctor. The medical device does not have a general systemic effect.
Precautions for use
The use of the same bottle by several people may contribute to the transmission of infection. In case of any hypersensitivity reaction, the use of the medical device should be discontinued.
