In order to improve the service of consumers of the pharmacy chain “Uapothecary“, the option of online payment for ordered goods by bank card or via the PayPal system has now become available to Users of this Site. In order to use this functionality, the User of the Site, after forming the list of Goods in the basket, must proceed to placing an order. After that, on the corresponding page, select “Payment method” – “Payment by card”. To pay for the order online, the User will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway. If the User follows the instructions on the PayPal payment gateway, the payment for the ordered goods will be successful. Online payments by bank cards are made in accordance with the requirements of the Visa Int., MasterCard payment systems. Information is transmitted in a secure mode. The confidentiality of the User’s personal data, which is reported, is ensured by PayPal. The entered information will not be transferred to third parties.

In case of cancellation of the order, the refund of funds to the User’s bank account usually occurs within 2-3 business banking days, but sometimes it can take up to 30 days. The refund period depends on the bank that issued and services the User’s bank card. Pharmacy “Uapothecary” has no influence on the speed of the bank’s refund operation to the User’s account.
