Composition
1 g of granules contains (active ingredients):
- Mercurius corrosivus C6 (hydrargyri dichloridum C6) – 270 mcg;
- cysteine C6 (cysteinum C6) – 240 mcg.
The excipient is granulated sugar.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Method of application
The drug is used sublingually. The granules should be taken under the tongue until completely dissolved, if necessary, the granules can be dissolved in a small amount of water.
Recommended dosage:
- adults – 7 granules 3 times a day;
- children over 6 years old – 3 granules 3 times a day.
In acute cases, take a single dose every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours until the condition improves, but not more than 8 times, then take 3 times a day. Take 15-20 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.
The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
To achieve a lasting result, it is recommended to repeat the treatment course at two-week intervals.
Application features
Pregnant women
There is no data on the use of the drug “Mercureid” during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children
Do not prescribe the medicine to children under 6 years of age.
Drivers
The drug has not been shown to have an effect on the reaction rate when driving or using other mechanisms.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been identified. If unpleasant symptoms appear, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Side effects
In patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, hypersensitivity reactions may develop.
Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, out of the reach of children.
