Andipalum forte tablets are indicated for pain syndrome associated with spasm of blood vessels or smooth muscles of internal organs.
Composition
Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains:
- metamizole sodium – 500 mg (0.5 g);
- bendazole hydrochloride – 40 mg (0.04 g);
- papaverine hydrochloride – 40 mg (0.04 g);
Excipients: potato starch, calcium stearate, talc.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, blood diseases – agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia; hepatoporphyria, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coma, respiratory depression, broncho-obstructive syndrome, hemolytic anemia, AV block, glaucoma, pregnancy, breastfeeding, children’s age.
Method of application
Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 tablet orally 2 times a day.
The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets.
The course of treatment depends on the nature and course of the disease, the effect achieved, the nature of the complex pharmacotherapy used, but the duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children
Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.
Drivers
During treatment, you should avoid driving and working with mechanisms.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain in the gastrointestinal tract, palpitations, moderate shortness of breath, tinnitus, drowsiness, oliguria. With prolonged use in high doses: impaired liver function, neutropenia, hemorrhagic syndrome, possible convulsions and impaired consciousness.
Treatment: Gastric lavage, taking sorbents, saline laxatives, forced diuresis. If convulsions occur, consult a doctor.
Side effects
Allergic reactions: urticaria, conjunctivitis, angioedema, in rare cases – Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Lyell’s syndrome, bronchospastic syndrome and anaphylactic shock.
Interaction
When used simultaneously with antispasmodics, sedatives, diuretics, the hypotensive effect is enhanced. The drug reduces the effect of Dopegyt, increases the hypoglycemic activity of oral antidiabetic drugs, enhances the effect of ethanol, indirect anticoagulants, glucocorticosteroids (GCS) and indomethacin. When used simultaneously with cyclosporine, the concentration of the latter in the blood decreases.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Keep out of reach of children.
