Review posting policy

Pharmacy “Uapothecary” allows all visitors to post reviews on the site pages. This gives the opportunity to share their own opinion about products and services, as well as leave their impressions.

Posting comments is allowed to persons who have reached the age of 18.

The rules (policy) described below apply to all reviews of site visitors.

Comment moderation
All reviews written by users are moderated by our editorial team. We carefully check each comment and do not publish it if:

• it is written by a person under the age of 18;
• contains obscene language;
• carries direct advertising;
• has false, discriminatory or harmful information for other people.

Users who work in the healthcare sector and want to leave a comment with an appropriate note about their profession should report this to the email address uapothecary.pharmacy@gmail.com. Our editorial team will review documents confirming medical education, and after this review will be assigned the status that it was written by a medical professional.

We reserve the right to delete reviews for any reasons that we consider sufficient for this, without prior notice to the user.

Rules for using reviews and comments
Diagnosis and treatment of diseases should be carried out exclusively by a doctor. Comments and reviews posted on the pages of the online pharmacy “Uapothecary” are for informational purposes only and are not a guide to action.

Communication rules
All users who post reviews, as well as moderators, must adhere to the following rules when communicating in the “Reviews and Comments” section:

• do not use foul language;
• conduct dialogue in a calm and polite tone;
• do not allow discrimination based on age, race, religion, gender or other affiliation;
• do not publish materials that are knowingly false and harmful to others.

If you decide to leave a comment or review, this means that you are automatically obliged to share truthful information based on your own experience.

If you want to refer to certain sources of information, add links to them immediately. Our editorial team will check them, and if they are reliable and demonstrable, we will take it into account and publish it.
