Tablets. Main physicochemical properties: round flat tablets with a bevel, white to yellow-white in color, odorless.

The drug has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, sedative, hemostatic, and gastroprotective effect, which is based on the activation of the body’s defenses and the normalization of impaired functions due to substances of plant and mineral origin that are part of the drug.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

The drug contains lactose, so patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not use the drug. At the beginning of treatment with the drug, a short-term exacerbation of existing symptoms of the disease (primary reaction) is possible. Such a reaction is usually temporary. If the symptoms do not disappear, the drug should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted. In case of vomiting, weight loss, unusual color of feces, persistent, unexplained or new complaints, a doctor should be consulted, as these may be signs of a disease that requires additional treatment.

The toxicity of homeopathically diluted substances included in this medicinal product during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. No adverse reactions have been identified. The question of the advisability of using the drug by pregnant and breastfeeding women is decided by the doctor individually, taking into account the risk/benefit ratio due to the lack of documented experience of use.

The use of the drug is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.

It is prescribed to children aged 2 years and older for the treatment of flatulence.

Children under 12 years of age are not prescribed for the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis, heartburn.

Adults and children over 12 years old – 1 tablet under the tongue (until completely dissolved) 3 times a day. Children under 12 years old – 1 tablet crushed into powder and, stirring thoroughly, dissolved in 150 ml of boiled water at room temperature. Apply a single age dose: children aged 2 to 6 years old – 1/2 of the total volume of the prepared solution; children aged 6 to 12 years old – 2/3 of the total volume of the prepared solution (pour out the remaining solution).

In case of acute onset of the disease: Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 tablet every 30-60 minutes, up to 12 times a day, until symptoms resolve; children from 2 to 6 years of age – a single age dose every 30-60 minutes, up to 6 times a day until symptoms resolve; children from 6 to 12 years of age – a single age dose every 30-60 minutes, up to 6 times a day until symptoms resolve. After the acute symptoms resolve, switch to taking a single dose 1-3 times a day.

The drug should be used 15-20 minutes before meals or an hour after. The duration of use of the drug depends on the severity and course of the disease and is determined by the doctor individually.
