Citicoline sodium is a source of choline and cytidine, which are normal components of the body. Choline is a precursor of phospholipids, which are structurally important components of cell membranes and cell organelles, trimethylglycine (betaine), which is metabolized in mitochondria and is an important coenzyme and osmoregulator, and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which contributes to the maintenance of cognitive functions: memory, concentration, learning and mental activity. Citicoline is involved in the biosynthesis of structural components of neuronal membranes (phospholipids) and mitochondria (cardiolipin) and ensures the functioning of membrane ion exchange pumps, the modulation of which is necessary for the normal conduction of nerve impulses.

Ginkgo biloba extract (manufacturer INDENA SAS, France) helps improve cerebral circulation, visual acuity, memory, concentration and mental activity. Helps reduce the manifestations of mental and physical fatigue that occurs in everyday life, work and during psychological stress. Ginkgo biloba reduces the risk of mental depression in the elderly.
