Trypsin and chymotrypsin are proteolytic enzymes of animal origin. Trypsin cleaves peptide bonds formed by the carbonyl groups of L-arginine and L-lysine residues, chymotrypsin mainly cleaves bonds formed by the carboxyl groups of amino acids with hydrophobic side chains – tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and other aromatic acids. It cleaves peptide bonds in protein molecules and its breakdown products.

Bromelain is a plant-based enzyme that participates in the processes of digestion and protein metabolism.

Rutin – (vitamin P) belongs to bioflavonoids that are naturally found in plants and participate in natural metabolic processes in the human body.
