The dietary supplement Imunoglukan P4H can be recommended for the main diet to improve immunity:

It is better to take the dietary supplement to the diet in the evening before bedtime or in the morning on an empty stomach. Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.

Short-term use – increased load (3-7 days): 2 ml per 5 kg of body weight once a day.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. People with organ transplants should not take this dietary supplement. People undergoing immunosuppressive treatment, pregnant and lactating women may use the dietary supplement Imunoglukan P4H only after prior consultation with a doctor.
