Osteohard may be recommended by a doctor for use in dietary diets as a source of trace elements, vitamins, and biologically active substances for the purpose of general strengthening of the body and creating optimal dietary conditions for metabolism, in particular, regulating the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body (bones, teeth, nails, hair, muscles).
Properties

Composition of 1 tablet
Active ingredients:
- Calcium – 600 mg.
- Zinc – 10 mg.
- Vitamin K – 50 mcg.
- Vitamin D3 – 5 mcg.
Auxiliary components: calcium carbonate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, zinc oxide, magnesium stearate, cellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxide, cholecalciferol, phytomenadione.
Method of administration and dosage
When used by the consumer on their own, it is recommended to follow the norms indicated on the packaging. If the product is prescribed by a doctor, the following norms must be observed: Adults for the prevention of osteoporosis, 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, in the complex therapy of osteoporosis, 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. Tablets should be taken with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a full diet.
Contraindication
Hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis, vitamin D3 hypervitaminosis, individual intolerance to the drug and hypersensitivity to its components.
Precautions
Since dietary supplements are freely available to consumers, Osteohard is not recommended for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children without a doctor’s recommendation.
