One tablet contains (active ingredient) antibodies to the brain-specific protein S-100 affinity purified S1000 – 3 mg.

Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

• hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
• pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

The drug is taken orally. Do not take the drug with food. Take one tablet per dose. Keep the tablet in the mouth (preferably without chewing or swallowing) until completely dissolved.

In the first 2 hours (with a hangover), take one tablet every 30 minutes; in the next 8-10 hours – one tablet every hour. In case of sleepiness, resume taking the drug after waking up. In the future, if the condition improves, the drug is prescribed one tablet every 2-3 hours (4-6 tablets per day) until the symptoms of alcohol withdrawal disappear completely. In case of severe symptoms of alcohol withdrawal, therapy should be combined with drugs that are traditionally used for detoxification.

To prevent relapses and reduce pathological cravings for alcohol, take two tablets per day for 6 months; after accidental alcohol consumption, take an additional two tablets of the drug 2 times – in the afternoon and in the evening.

Children

There is no data on the effectiveness and safety of the drug in children, so Proproten-100 should not be prescribed to patients in this age category.

Drivers

When using the drug, you should refrain from driving vehicles and working with potentially dangerous mechanisms.

In case of accidental overdose, dyspeptic manifestations caused by the components that make up the drug are possible.

Reactions of increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug are possible.

Isolated cases of short-term (5-10 minutes) accommodation disturbance (“double vision”).

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, out of the reach of children.

Shelf life – 3 years.
