Tenoten tablets are used for the following indications:
- neurotic and neurosis-like conditions, psychosomatic diseases; stress disorders with increased nervous tension, irritability, anxiety and autonomic reactions;
- moderately pronounced organic disorders of the CNS, including those of traumatic and dyscirculatory origin, accompanied by instability of the emotional background, irritability, memory impairment, and autonomic disorders.
Composition
One tablet contains (active ingredient) affinity purified antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100: a mixture of homeopathic dilutions C12, C30 and C200 – 3 mg.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Contraindication
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Method of application
The drug is taken orally. Do not take the drug with food. Take one or two tablets per dose. Keep the tablet in the mouth (preferably without chewing or swallowing) until completely dissolved.
The drug should be taken 2 times a day; if necessary – up to 4 doses per day. The course of treatment is 1-3 months; if necessary, the course of treatment can be extended to 6 months or repeated after 1-2 months.
If there is no sustained improvement in the condition within 3-4 weeks after the start of treatment, you should consult a doctor.
Application features
Children
The drug in this dosage form should not be used in children.
Drivers
The drug does not have a sedative effect, therefore it does not affect the reaction rate.
Overdose
In case of accidental overdose, dyspeptic manifestations caused by excipients included in the preparation are possible.
Side effects
Reactions of increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug are possible.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, out of the reach of children.
Shelf life – 3 years.
