Immunoplus is an immunostimulant.
Indications for use
- As part of combination therapy for frequent recurrences of infectious diseases of the respiratory and urinary tract.
- At the first signs of SARS, prolonged use of antibiotics.
Composition
- active ingredient: 1 tablet contains purple echinacea (Echinacea purpurea L.) pressed dry juice 100 mg;
- excipients: sorbitol (E 420), colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to plants of the Asteraceae family (chamomile, arnica, calendula, dandelion) or to any other component of the medicinal product.
Progressive systemic disorders (tuberculosis, sarcoidosis); diseases of the hematopoietic system (leukemia, leukemia, agranulocytosis); autoimmune diseases, including multiple sclerosis, collagen diseases, systemic lupus erythematosus; chronic viral diseases; oncological diseases; AIDS or HIV infection; immunosuppression or immunodeficiency of various etiologies; diabetes mellitus; rheumatism.
Children under 12 years of age. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Adverse reactions
Gastrointestinal disorders: gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain.
Immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rash, itching, urticaria, angioedema, hyperemia; shortness of breath, dizziness, sudden decrease in blood pressure, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, anaphylactic shock.
Respiratory system: difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, bronchospasm with obstruction, bronchial asthma (may occur against the background of a hypersensitivity reaction).
From the blood and lymphatic system: leukopenia – with prolonged use of the drug (more than 8 weeks).
Other: agitation, sleep disturbances.
There have been isolated reports of an association with autoimmune diseases (disseminated encephalomyelitis, erythema nodosum, immunothrombocytopenia, Evans syndrome, Sjögren-Larssen syndrome with impaired renal tubular function).
Method of application
The tablets can be dissolved, chewed or swallowed with liquid (1 glass).
The time of taking the tablets does not depend on meals.
Adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1 tablet (100 mg) 2 times a day.
The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets (400 mg).
Duration of treatment – ​​10 days with daily use of the drug or 20 days if the drug is used every other day. Duration of use of the drug should not exceed 2 weeks (with daily use). In case of chronic diseases, the course of treatment can be repeated after an interval of 2–3 weeks (after consultation with a doctor).

The medicine is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
There are no special studies, but dizziness may occur during use of the drug, so Immunoplus should be used with caution when driving or operating other mechanisms.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, gastrointestinal disorders, sleep disorders, increased excitability of the nervous system.
Treatment. In case of overdose, symptomatic therapy, gastric lavage, enterosorbents are indicated.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
Due to its immunostimulating effects, echinacea may reduce the effectiveness of medications that have an immunosuppressive effect.
The drug is not recommended for use simultaneously with drugs with hepatotoxic effects, such as amiodarone, methotrexate, ketoconazole, and steroid drugs.
It is not excluded that the effect may be enhanced or weakened by concomitant use of drugs whose elimination depends on the activity of cytochrome P450, CYP3A or CYP1A2 isomers.

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
