Magnesium Cramps Medivit has specially developed a series of Magnesium with targeted action for you. Potassium, vitamin E, magnesium and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the heart muscle and cardiovascular system and have a positive effect on the proper functioning of muscles (contraction and relaxation).
Active ingredients
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzyme reactions in the body. In addition, magnesium regulates the passage of potassium ions from the intercellular space to the center of the cell, which affects the correct response of muscles.
Potassium plays a leading role in the transmission of nerve impulses along nerve fibers, ensuring the correct course of reactions associated with muscle contraction.
Vitamin E acts as a physiological antioxidant in the body and stabilizes the cell membrane.
Vitamin B6 is a coenzyme for many reactions that occur in the body and has a positive effect on the absorption of minerals, including magnesium.
